How we prove tools are genuine
For branded power tools we buy from the official importer or distributor, AM Traders sends you a WhatsApp photo of the box and serial number before dispatch, and writes that serial on your invoice. If the brand's service centre later finds a tool is not genuine, tell us within 30 days with your invoice.
Why this matters in Karachi

Bring the service centre's finding and your invoice, and we will settle it with you. If you want the outcome agreed in writing before you buy, ask us on WhatsApp and we will put it in your quote.
Can you check a tool I bought somewhere else?
Yes. We offer a free "is it genuine?" check for tools bought elsewhere.
